Tyler was both very accommodating and innovative during a transitionary time in real estate when feds raised the rates which in turn dramatically cooled the market. We started off overly confident and it took us a minute to pivot mindset and strategy when the market cooled. Tyler provided us with storage for our things so that he and his people could professionally stage our home, the photos and virtual web tour were nothing short of fun, exciting and professional! He has contacts for flooring, painting, cleaning and even to move stuff. His marketing was relentless and his patience was enduring as we had so many questions and even ideas. he patiently listened to EVERYTHING we had to say and answered every question.
